On the Sidelines Sports was able to update records from across the area, which caused us to rethink out area baseball rankings in some instances.

San Marcos and Cedar Park take over the No. 1 spots in our Calss 6A and 5A power five rankings, respectively.

There was a shuffle in 6A, which includes newcomer Dripping Springs.

In Class 5A, the top four teams are from District 25-5A , which should be a fun district championship race in the final weeks of the season.

Here are this weekโ€™s rankings. Records are compiled based on whatโ€™s available on MaxPreps or through coachโ€™s submissions. To update records, email madams@onthesidelinessports.com.
