There are four weeks left in the 2025 Texas high school football season. The playoff picture will become clearer after this week. Here are this week’s Austin Sprots Journal Friday Night Stars of the Week and helmet sticker recipients. 

Friday Night Star of the Week

Caleb Crenshaw, Anderson, RB 

The senior running back rushed for 294 yards on 31 carries (9.5 ypc) and scored two touchdowns in the Trojans’ win over Hendrickson. 

Small Town Friday Night Star of the Week  

Hayes Paddock, St. Andrews, RB 

The sophomore running back delivered a breakout performance, scoring five total touchdowns while rushing for 300 yards on 24 carries (12.5 yards per carry) and catching three passes for 98 yards to lead the Highlanders past Greenhill.

Marquis Murry II, LBJ: The junior rushed for 187 yards on 12 carries (15.6 yards per carry) and scored two touchdowns in the Jaguars’ win over Manor New Tech.  

Louis Hickman, LBJ: The senior wide receiver caught four passes for 101 yards and had two touchdowns. For the Jaguars Thursday.  

Gary Jefferson Jr., Bastrop: The senior running back rushed for 208 yards on 16 carries (13.0 ypc) and scored two touchdowns in the Bears’ win over Connally.  

Weston Nielsen, Bastrop: The junior quarterback threw for 292 yards and six touchdowns for the Bears Thursday against Connally, completing 14 of 27 pass attempts without an interception.  

Jack Newhouse, Westlake: The senior caught eight passes for 143 yards and scored a touchdown in the Chaps’ win over Austin High.  

Jaiden Fields, Hutto: The junior wide receiver caught six passes for 164 yards and three touchdowns in the Hippos win over Round Rock.  

Kaden Stefek, Hutto: The senior quarterback threw for 276 yards and three touchdowns, completing 14 of 24 pass attempts, in the Hippos’ win over Round Rock.  

Ke’Marion Gordon, Leander: The senior running back ran for 236 yards on 18 carries (13.1 ypc) and scored four touchdowns in the Lions’ win over Killeen Chaparral.  

Tristyn Rimes, Stony Point: The senior wide receiver caught five passes for 101 yards and scored three touchdowns in the Tigers’ win over Manor. 

Barrett Fallon, Davenport: The senior running back rushed for 187 yards on 43 carries (4.3 ypc) and scored two touchdowns in the Wolves’ win over Fredericksburg.  

Kase Evans, Lexington: The senior quarterback threw for 235 yards and four touchdowns in the Eagles’ win over Thrall, completing 7 of 14 pass attempts without an interception.  

Jett Walker, Georgetown: The senior running back rushed for 207 yards and scored three touchdowns in the Eagles’ win over Rouse.  

Jarell Gary Jr., McNeil: The senior athlete rushed for 139 yards on 13 carries (10.7 ypc) and caught two passes for 105 yards, scoring three total touchdowns in the Mavericks’ win over Vista Ridge.  

Cormyc Guerrero, East View: The senior quarterback scored four total touchdowns, including two passing scores and two running ones. He threw for 254 yards, completing 14 of 23 pass attempts with one interception, and rushed for 83 yards on 12 carries (6.9 ypc) in the Patriots’ win over Cedar Park.  

Miles Teodecki, Vandegrift: The senior quarterback threw for 201 yards and four touchdowns in the Vipers’ win over Cedar Ridge, completing 14 of 25 pass attempts with one interception.  

Dylan Belinga, Liberty Hill: The junior running back rushed for 132 yards and three touchdowns on five carries (26.4 ypc) in the Panthers’ win over Elgin.  

Jack Pitchford, Liberty Hill: The senior running back rushed for 119 yards on seven carries (17.0 ypcc) and scored three touchdowns in the Panthers’ win over Elgin.  

Luke Bingham, Salado: The senior running back rushed for 135 yards on 18 carries (7.5 ypc) and scored one touchdown in the Eagles’ win over Wimberley.  

Jacob Coronado, Burnet: The senior running back rushed for 125 yards on 18 carries (6.9 ypc) and scored two touchdowns in the Bulldogs’ win over Marble Falls. 

Tre Moore, Weiss: The junior wide receiver caught nine passes for 182 yards and two touchdowns in the Wolves’ win over Hays.  

Jaxon Schad, Weiss: The sophomore quarterback threw for 345 yards and five touchdowns in the Wolves’ win over Hays, completing 19 of 26 pass attempts with one interception.  

Jordan Ibn Anderson-El, Weiss: The sophomore wide receiver had a breakout game with 143 yards on seven catches and scoring three touchdowns in the Wolves’ win over Hays.  

Cole Taylor, Pflugerville: The senior quarterback threw for 406 yards and four touchdowns in the Panthers’ win over McCallum, completing 22 of 38 pass attempts without an interception.  

Breland Hill, Pflugerville: The junior wide receiver caught six passes for 156 yards and scored two touchdowns in the Panthers’ win over McCallum.
