2025 UIL state volleyball central: Previews, game recaps and more from the Austin Sports Journal

The 2025 UIL volleyball state championships begin Thursday and continue through Saturday at the Curtis Culwell Center in Garland.

The Austin-area has three teams competing for a state championship – Austin High (6A-II) and Cedar Park (5A-II) play Saturday, while Wimberley (4A-II) plays Friday evening.

Here is everything you need to know for the state tournament:

Tickets and how to watch

Tickets are $15 per game or $35 for an all-tournament pass. Parking is $15 per day. There is a clear bag policy. Tickets and parking can be purchased here.

Fans unable to attend can watch all 11 games on the NFHS Network.
