Top five moments in the Battle for I-35

1. 2012: The first meeting
In the series opener, UTSA held off Texas State 38โ€“31 at the Alamodome. The win gave the young Roadrunners program early bragging rights in what would become the I-35 rivalry.

2. 2020: Double-overtime thriller
One of the wildest games in UTSA history, the Roadrunners edged Texas State 51โ€“48 in San Marcos. The Bobcats forced overtime with a dramatic late rally, but UTSA escaped with the win in double OT, cementing the rivalryโ€™s reputation for chaos.

3. 2018: Alamodome nail-biter
