Here are On the Sidelinesโ Sports top five high school girls basketball teams in Class 6A, Class 5A and Class 4A-below in the Greater Austin Metro Area. ย

The Eagles manhandled Elgin on Friday as Reese Hoadley had 20 points and 4 assists and Chasidy Lee added 16 points and 10 reboundsโฆ Hays slides into the No. 4 spot in this weekโs poll. The Hawks beat Cedar Park and Rouse last week and have a big matchup with Liberty Hill on Tuesdayโฆ Cedar Park moves into the No. 5 spot after upsetting Glenn on Friday. The Timberwolves close the first half of District 25-5A play this week with a home game against Leander on Tuesday and an away game against Rouse on Friday.
