Taylor takes top spot in our girl’s Class 4A rankings this week

Westlake and Liberty Hill maintain hold on the top spot in 6A and 5A rankings, respectively.

Here are On the Sidelinesโ€™ Sports top five high school girls basketball teams in Class 6A, Class 5A and Class 4A-below in the Greater Austin Metro Area. ย

The Eagles manhandled Elgin on Friday as Reese Hoadley had 20 points and 4 assists and Chasidy Lee added 16 points and 10 reboundsโ€ฆ Hays slides into the No. 4 spot in this weekโ€™s poll. The Hawks beat Cedar Park and Rouse last week and have a big matchup with Liberty Hill on Tuesdayโ€ฆ Cedar Park moves into the No. 5 spot after upsetting Glenn on Friday. The Timberwolves close the first half of District 25-5A play this week with a home game against Leander on Tuesday and an away game against Rouse on Friday.
