There are 34 area teams that have officially clinched a playoff berth with two weeks left in the 2025 Texas high school volleyball season. District championships have already been claimed by Round Rock, Cedar Park, New Braunfels, Salado Johnson City and Wimberley.
Fun fact: Johnson City has won 68 consecutive district volleyball games. The last team to beat the Eagles was Lago Vista on Oct. 16, 2018.
There weren’t many changes in our area volleyball rankings this week. However, Westlake and Round Rock Christian both return to our Top 5s and Lago Vista makes its first appearance.
