Kickoff times announced for Texas State non-conference and midweek games

The Sun Belt Conference on Thursday announced kickoff times and broadcast information for Texas State’s non-conference football schedule, including the Bobcats’ game with James Madison on Tuesday, Oct. 28.

Texas State’s season opener against Eastern Michigan on Aug. 30 at UFCU Stadium will kick off at 7 p.m, as will the Sept. 20 home game against Nicholls State.

The Sept. 6 game with UTSA at the Alamodome in San Antonio is set for a 2:30 p.m. kickoff and will be televised on ESPN+, while the Sept. 13 game at Arizona State is slated for 9:30 p.m. on TNT.

Also announced, the Oct. 28 game at home against James Madison will kick off at 6:30 p.m. and be televised on ESPN2.

Additionally, the conference announced early Thursday morning that the 2025 Sun Belt Championship game will move from its traditional Saturday date to Friday, Dec. 5 at 6 p.m. and be televised on ESPN.

All other games will fall into the traditional 12-day selection process.

Texas State has six home games this season. Season tickets are on sale. Fans can also access game day benefits like parking and pregame hospitality by joining or renewing their Bobcat Club membership. Half season packages will go on saleย June 11 and single-game tickets go on sale June 25. ย ย ย
