Here are the standout high school football players who earned helmet stickers from the Austin Sports Journal for the area playoffs:
Cody Stoever, Wimberley: The senior quarterback produced 423 yards of total offense and scored six touchdowns in the Texansโ win over Rockport-Fulton. Stoever threw for 226 yards and rushed for 197.
Nolan Waida, Wimberley: The senior wide receiver had four catches for 119 yards and two touchdowns against Rockport-Fulton.
Parker Davis, Vandegrift: The junior defensive back had two fumble recoveries and returned one for a touchdown in the Vipers win over San Antonio Sotomayor. He also recorded a safety and had five tackles.
Justin Moore, Vandegrift: The junior wide receiver had nine catches for 116 yards and a touchdown against San Antonio Sotomayor.
Van Hopping, Lake Travis: The junior running back rushed for 188 yards on 16 carries and scored three touchdowns in the Cavaliersโ win over San Antonio Johnson. He also caught a five-yard touchdown pass.
Easton Aird, Lake Travis: The senior linebacker had 13 tackles, including a sack, against San Antonio Johnson.
Kase Evans, Lexington: The junior quarterback threw for 254 yards and four touchdowns in the Eaglesโ win over George West. Evans completed 21 of 36 pass attempts without an interception.
Noah Wright-Harris: The junior running back had 105 total yards against George West, including 91 rushing yards on 14 carries with two touchdowns.
Tre Mote, Llano: The senior running back rushed for 119 yards on 18 carries and scored three touchdowns in the Yellowjacketsโ win over Orange Grove.
Tate Morgan, Llano: The senior linebacker had 13 tackles, including two sacks against Orange Grove.
Elliot Schaper, Westlake: The senior linebacker had 12 tackles, including four tackles for a loss and a sack in the Chaparralsโ win over San Antonio Brennan. He also had an interception.
