Here are a few standout performances from Tuesday night’s volleyball action around the Austin area. Stats were taken from MaxPreps reporting and coaches submissions.

Here are Tuesday’s top performers:

  • Maila Gibbs, Hays freshman โ€“ Had 9 kills in the Hawks’ win over Converse Judson.
  • Great Carlson, McCallum senior – Had 26 kills and a .525 hitting percentage to go with 13 digs in the Knight’s win over Belton.
  • Lexi Rosenblatt, McCallum junior – A match-high 31 assists, 2 blocks and 3 digs in the Knights win over Belton.
  • Avery Rolston, Rouse sophomore – A team-high 14 kills to go with 3 aces in the Raiders win over Corsicana. She also had a team-high 12 kills in Rouse’s win over Westwood on Monday.
  • Marlee Lightsey, New Braunfels Canyon junior – Had 16 kills and 17 digs in the Cougars win over San Antonio LEE.
  • Quinn Cross, New Braunfels Canyon senior – Had 16 kills and 6 digs in the Cougars win over San Antonio LEE.
  • Zoe Janda, Stony Point senior – Had a team-high 15 kills in the Tigers’ five-set thrilling loss to Salado on Monday.
  • Ryann Mendoza, Weiss freshman – Had a team-high 20 kills in the Wolves’ win over San Marcos on Monday
  • Takyla Brown, Weiss senior – Had a match-high 45 assists in the Wolves’ win over San Marcos on Monday.
  • Sophia Ely, Vista Ridge senior – Had 24 kills and 12 digs in the Rangers win over Cedar Park
  • Avery Place, Vista Ridge, senior – Had 9 kills, a block, ace and dig against Cedar Park.
