The 2024 Texas high school baseball season will conclude next Tuesday as the areaโ€™s postseason picture becomes clearer.

San Marcos, Cedar Park and Thorndale keep their respective top spots in On the Sidelines Sportsโ€™ weekly baseball rankings.

We welcome three newcomers ยญโ€“ Round Rock (6A), McCallum (5A) and Taylor (4A-1A) โ€“ to this weekโ€™s Power 5s.

Dripping Springs jumped two spots to No. 3 in the Class 5A rankings, while Liberty Hill jumped to No. 2 in Class 5A, and Gateway overtook Lago Vista for No. 2 in the Class 4A-1A rankings.
