The UIL Texas high school boys basketball playoffs continued on Tuesday with the regional quarterfinals (third round). After the dust settled, three of the six teams playing in regional quarterfinal games will advance to this weekend’s regional tournaments for a shot to go to next week’s UIL state boys basketball tournament.

Class 2A, Region IV
